Researching Locally
Tuesday, April 17, 2018 6:45 pm – 8:30 pm
Margie Edinger Room – 1st floor
Santa Clara Central Park Library, 2635 Homestead Road, Santa Clara, CA
Not only does the Santa Clara City Library have resources for genealogists, but you will also find two other great repositories within 10 miles. In addition to the Santa Clara City Library, the Santa Clara University Archives and the California History Room at San Jose Public Library have material that can help you further your research. Come to this meeting and learn more.
Mary Boyle has been researching her family since 1981. So far she has traced her ancestors from Wisconsin back to Vermont, Maryland, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Ireland and England, but she still hasn’t found the Germans in Europe. She is currently in her dream job as a Local History/Genealogy Librarian. Earlier in her career, she taught in library school programs and worked in academic libraries.
